We conclude & share the point with you here that we should be pay attention in the artwork design as following:
1、Please be noted when design artwork: single word’s size should be above 2mm,the distance between pattern and cut line should be above 3mm to avoid bad cut.
If there are words in artwork, Fonts should be changed into picture otherwise the fonts possibly change because of various versions of computer software at different end.
2、When you do silk screen printing, you can’t require the printing color as per the color which you look at the computer screen or paper from printer.
CMYK Pantone color should be your reference color when you design .
Noted: Pantone Color Book will have little difference because of various paper, printing ink & printing pressing in different factory.
3、The color will be little difference in the same document printing at varied times. The difference within 10% is normal.
4、When you design artwork using in offset printing, you should choose CMYK but not RGB.
5、Color areas can’t overlap .Because offset printing follow the steps from tinge to dark color. The dark color can’t cover tinge. In that case, the printed color will be mess.
6、When Offset printing, if need print black color, please choose single black (K) with your computer when you design your artwork. Do not use CMYK.
Single K will not have color shading or chromatism while CMYK has.
7、When printing photos, you must choose a JPEG with a minimum of 300DPI resolution. Do not forget to attach jpg files when you send your Ai file.
8、File formats: When designing artwork with Illustrator, remember to save it as an AI, PDF or EPS file .
When design artwork with Coredraw, remember to save it as CDR-CorelDRAL.
NOTED: if you design with high version software, do not forget to save file with popular version.
