Arm Measurement Guidelines for Unitgift UV Arm Sleeves
To ensure proper fitting, measure around your relaxed bicep (not flexed). Measure around your bicep about 1/2 inch (0.5 inch) below your armpit.
For the length, with your arm relaxed, measure from about 1/2 inch (0.5 inch) below your armpit to slightly above your wrist bone.
